Don't know why out of sudden so emotion???

I always advise people around me must appreciate what you having now and fight for the thing you wan so wont make yourself regret for the rest of your life.
That day I told this to one of my friends, he told me back I also same like him. Don't know how fight the thing I like. Yes I do. Honestly, I also feel shame on myself when I tell people to appreciate the thing and go fight for what you want but myself can't do it. I will just hide aside and cry when the problem occurs. Maybe your guys will think I'm not brave enough to fight for it. All my good friends always ask me go to try, never try never you will never know the answers. God know what we doing...

I believe God know what everyone doing especially for those who do the bad things! Today happen something in my office again. Still remember the colleague that pregnant? She was resigned her post this afternoon.The reason that she resign is because my boss found out she alter her MC. But in the morning time when my boss ask her that time she was blames the nurse whose alter her MC.So we decide to call up the clinic and ask about it after the conversation with the staff nurse on the phone, she was suggest us to meet up with them in the clinic at 2pm.
Then my boss and me was plan to having lunch 1st then will go and meet up with them.After the lunch we go back to office and plan do something unfortunately we found out that my colleague was giving a resignation letter to my boss. So in that case, these shows that she is feeling guilty. But we still going to meet up the staff nurse, then is proven she is alter the MC by herself.
Hehe..I felt a bit happy coz at least now my boss know that somebody is alter the MC..Soon or later my boss will know that somebody is doing the fake MC..Haha..
That why I say don't try to cheat because soon or later somebody sure know about that...

Everyone is going leave the company!!

I felt a bit sad because all my best colleagues is leaving soon. The 1st one who leaving is Miss Law on 7th May, actually she was planning to further her study in Australia on the July intake.But now she doesn't want to to go because money problem and she found a job that more higher pay than our company.
Then the 2nd wan is Si Taqriz on the 31st of May, the reason that he leave the company is his boss always shouted at him in front of people and make him feel 'sia sui'.
The 3rd wan is Nani on the begining of June coz she got a very very good offer from Intel. She get RM2500 per month if she work in Intel and compared with her current salary only get RM1300. Is lot of diffrent rite?
The last wan will be me, I now applying a new job and I think the salary will better than now.Even is not much I also will cabut from this company coz as I say from previous blog the company management is so worst.All the staff don't wan cooperate each other. So this kind of small company wouldn't get a good staff because all the old staff bully the new staff..
A good examples like the new designer today he cabut d..He leave the company without any notice.Nobody know what happen is going on to him and all of us is trying to contact him but he not pick the phone.He just work for two weeks only and he also cant tahan the stress from the 'old staff'

My first blog!!

Since this is my 1st blog here. Let me introduce about myself. Hi everyone I'm the most stupid girl in this world (wakaka..). Quite a lot of friend keep on asking me why I call myself stupid girl and my answer is coz I'm stupid mah (hehe..).Actually is I felt myself so stupid that what I have done previously (do so many things end the up nobody appreciate me). Ok I should stop talking nonsense here..
So now is the time to about what had happen on me today. Actually nothing much on the morning, as usual I go to work and my colleague MC again ( she had been absent twice in a month as usual but this month 4days didn't come to work). Walaueh, this kind of staff also can be survive in the company for 3 years(work for 3 years here born 3children=take 6 months maternity leave) so everyone just imagine the management of company is so worst.The staffs there not only always take MC but make the fake MC and nobody in the company know about that until when I joined the company and I handle the HR things.
Okay, get back to story for today. Today I only know that yesterday my boss was thought I want to resign from the company when he saw a letter on his table and written down my name.(actually the letter is an authorise letter for me run the official things in the company and not my resignation letter).Hehe...So after lunch, me n Miss Chan(my boss's wife) received a call from our general manager (Uncle Teoh) to ask us go to Bayview Resort to collect cheques/cash and write invoice for the additional items.When we are on the way to Bayview, the Batu Feringgi having landslide.I think we get stuck there almost an hour. So tired after running so many place today under the heavy rain without umbrella and at last now I get fever. But can't rest coz my exam is coming soon..I only left 12days to study and I just started my study a few days ago...
Hehe...See now I curi tulang again...Don't wan to study but can blog here...Haha...
